Today my handsome little no name, said ‘hello’! I felt like a proud mother hearing her child say their first word! (:
I don’t see these guys enough now I’m back at college! I love them so much! Clyde was feeling rather vocal today and Little No Name was being good old Little No Name, pecking at my phone the whole time I filmed this (:
Baldric the wood pigeon. He came in with his head skinned. You wouldn’t even know if you saw him now. He still comes back to visit even though we released him over a month ago. He’ll even come in and spend the night at Raven Haven occasionally (: He is definitely a welcome guest!
Our lovely Owlfred has become the friendliest owl known to man. Always running over for a head scratch and some attention.
He was brought to use as a chick when he was carried over to a dog owner by their dog! Luckily he had no injuries and is now a perfectly healthy little owl! (:
Clyde the Jackdaw having a bath at a school fayre in Ascot.
Clyde came to us with his sister Bonnie earlier this year after they had fallen down down someone’s chimney in Bristol! We picked the pair up of bristol and hand reared them from there on. Clyde became particularly friendly with humans so we decided it would be good to take him out to events with us. Clyde is now a beautiful adult Jackdaw, which reminds me, I must get a photo!
